The challenges we face

The challenges we face as of today, can cause you to lose focus, momentum, and good health. But remember it is not the end of the world. Instead of going with the flow we should go against the grain. If your alive there shouldn’t be an excuse. That means replace what you use to do outside of home, and do it at home.

Although gyms are close, you can always workout at home. Just double up on your push ups, replace that for your normal routine of benching. Keep ‘that blood flowing until the gym open up. So don’t give up on your health, it plays a big role with whats going on. Do jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups, etc. and once that gym open back up, you’ll be back to hulk. Eat good food, drink plenty water and communicate.

Remember how we cooperate is long we will be in this situation. If we listen , we will all be back to normal in no time. Also, remember we are all in this together. It’s not just you!
