  2. Good post. I do both. I have to eat dairy and gluten free so I use a plant based protein powder and have no negative side effects. I just feel amazing after using it and super food greens in my daily berry breakfast smoothie. However, I also do believe in eating meat so I eat lean meat as well along with veggies.
