There is a lot of advice out there on how to get a six-pack. Truth is you may already have a six-pack, it’s just not showing. To get six-pack abs does not mean go to the gym and do nothing but sit-ups. You still need to balance your workouts. To reveal your abs your main focus should be on your body fat percentage. The amount of body fat you should have, all depends on your sex, height, and body mass. Below is a body fat percentage calculator:

Well Balance Diet
In order to have low body fat, a well-balanced diet is just as important as your workouts. If you want abs, remember it doesn’t come in a day, weeks, or months. Plan your diet on what to eat and when to eat. Processed food is a big no, sodas have also got to go. Considered meals such as pasta, chicken breast, and fish. Oatmeal is great for you when you get hungry and it isn’t mealtime. It will fill you up and at the same time it’s healthy. Properly have your meals prep for the day, so you won’t just eat anything when your hungry. Be healthy and watch what you eat.
Cardio and High Intensity Workouts
Your workouts should still be balanced out. Which means don’t pass up on exercises. Start with cardio in the mornings. Jogging is a great way to burn calories. Remember you want to burn fat. Learn High-Intensity Workouts, you want to target your core. Jump roping is a great way to hit that core. Do all your business outs the way you’re supposed to and you will notice over time. To get six packs you need patience. The first two abs you will notice come in is the top 2. The bottom two will be the last part of your body fat left.
Now you know what to focus on when trying to get abs. Focus on losing that body fat. I am not an expert, this is based on my experience.
